Capital Dynamics bags Spanish PV portfolio

Capital Dynamics has acquired a 317MW solar portfolio in Spain covered by power purchase agreements. The portfolio includes six PV assets in Spain, with a total of 160MW from two acquisitions. One acquisition includes a 157MW portfolio with three projects in Andalucia, while the other comprises a 160MW portfolio with three construction-ready solar PV assets in the Aragon province. The assets have secured environmental and planning permissions and are expected to be operational by 2025. Capital Dynamics aims to deploy substantial capital in Spain's robust PPA market to enhance asset returns and contribute to a more sustainable future.
