Ceres contracted by Shell to design 10-MW SOEC module

UK fuel cell firm Ceres Power Holdings plc signed a contract with oil giant Shell Plc for the design of a 10-MW pressurised solid oxide electrolyser (SOEC) module, aiming to develop a scalable solution for large-scale industrial applications. The collaboration between Ceres and Shell involves efficiency gains in hydrogen production and aligns with EU SOE 2030 technology targets.
