CKI, CKA get EU nod to buy UK wind farm assets from Aviva

The European Commission (EC) cleared an agreement for CK Infrastructure Holdings Ltd and CK Asset Holdings Ltd to acquire onshore wind assets from Aviva Plc in the UK. The deal involves entities like Minnygap Energy Limited, Den Brook Energy Limited, and others, with a total capacity of 175 MW. CK Asset Holdings and Power Assets Holdings Ltd will each own a share in the UK portfolio.
