CKI, CKA get EU nod to buy UK wind farm assets from Aviva

The European Commission cleared an agreement for CK Infrastructure Holdings Ltd and CK Asset Holdings Ltd to acquire some of the onshore wind assets owned by Aviva Plc's asset-management arm in the UK, without raising competition concerns. The deal involves 32 operating onshore wind farms with a combined installed capacity of 175 MW, with CK Asset Holdings and Power Assets Holdings Ltd as part of the buying group.
