UK investment firm Clementy Group scraps €95 million proposal to invest in Italian inverter manufacturer Fimer due to defaults of Fimer’s shareholders. Fimer failed to issue shares for Clementy’s investment, causing €300 million debt default. Fimer enters composition-with-creditors proceedings. Fimer has inverter factories in Italy and India, acquired ABB's inverter business, and operates in over 20 countries. Clementy Group planned expansion in the US and Asian markets.
