Codelco opens bidding for 1.5 TWh/year of renewable power

Chilean state-owned copper miner Codelco initiates a tender process to secure 1,500 GWh of renewable power annually for 15 years. The company aims to decarbonise its power supply and meet the electricity demands of its third-party suppliers. Interested companies can participate in the 2024 Bidding Process by submitting their bids.
