Researchers at the University of Padua in Italy have designed a novel CO2 solar-assisted dual-source heat pump system that can operate with both air and solar energy. The system incorporates two evaporators, a finned-coil evaporator and three PV-T collectors, enabling efficient performance in different modes of operation.
