EBRD, Goldbeck Solar to develop 500MW solar PV in Ukraine

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Goldbeck Solar Investment have formed a joint venture to develop up to 500MW of solar PV projects in Ukraine. Joachim Goldbeck, CEO of Goldbeck Solar Group, expressed pride in supporting Ukraine's renewable energy grid expansion amidst political risks. Goldbeck Solar has an installed capacity of over 2.5GW across Germany, the Netherlands, and Chile. The joint venture aims to increase energy security and independence in Ukraine.
