EDF solar farm subject of biodiversity study

EDF Renewables UK and Nature Positive have partnered with the University of Exeter to study the ecological effects of solar farms at Longfield solar farm in Essex, England. The research will focus on soil health, fauna, wildlife habitats, and carbon flux under and adjacent to arrays. The study aims to understand the potential benefits of solar farms in improving biodiversity and ecosystem services.
