Octopus backs US solar duo

Octopus Energy's generation arm has made investments in the US solar market backing developers Circal and Zestec. These investments are part of a $2bn plan to power up America's renewables revolution. Circal is developing solar farms in the US and Ireland with projects targeting to create 600MW of new PV arrays in Texas. Zestec is setting up shop in the US to build solar panels on commercial and industrial businesses' rooftops and land, focusing on Texas, Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey.
