Edify to build 200-MW solar park near Queensland coal-fired station

Edify Energy Pty Ltd has proposed building a 200-MW solar park with a four-hour battery storage facility next to a coal-fired power station in Queensland. The project aims to maximize access to the grid and supply generation to the Banana Shire and Central Queensland region. The project includes a 200-MW 800-MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) to enhance grid flexibility.
