EDPR puts 10-MWp Italian solar park in operation

EDP Renovaveis SA has started operation at a 10-MWp photovoltaic farm in Italy's Puglia region, named Boccadoro. The PV park is expected to generate 17.5 GWh of clean electricity per year. Roberto Pasqua, Executive Director South & East Europe at EDP Renewables, commented on the milestone of deploying the first utility-scale photovoltaic plant in Italy to achieve Italy's PNIEC goals.
