Eiffel forms German solar, battery JV

A new JV, Aream Solar Ventures, has been founded by the Aream Group and Eiffel Investment Group, represented by the Eiffel Transition Infrastructure Fund. This JV will focus on developing over 500MWp of photovoltaic and battery projects in Germany, specifically in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony-Anhalt, and Brandenburg. Eiffel will fund the majority of the development costs, acquiring 49% of the Aream portfolio. Both organizations emphasize their commitment to making this venture successful in the growing German market.
