Encavis buys 95-MW solar project in Spain from BayWa r.e.

German wind and solar parks operator Encavis AG has acquired a solar project in Andalucia, Spain from BayWa r.e. AG. The Almodovar solar park near Cordoba will have a capacity of 95 MW and is set to be operational by Q4 2025, generating 187 GWh of clean electricity annually. 76% of the energy output is under a 10-year PPA with Huhtamaki.
