Encavis, Innovar Solar to develop 500MW solar PV in Germany

Encavis, a German independent power producer, has signed a framework agreement with Innovar Solar to develop 500MW of rolling solar PV capacity in Germany. This partnership will more than double Encavis' current solar PV capacity. Encavis recently secured €145 million in financing from Commerzbank for a 260MW solar PV plant to the north of Berlin. Encavis Group, the parent company, has 1.2GW of renewable energy projects under construction.
