Encavis obtains EUR 300m in debt for new solar, wind purchases

German wind and solar parks operator Encavis AG obtained EUR 300 million in debt to back new project acquisitions for its 2027 growth plan. The company has signed a syndicated revolving credit facility led by Dutch Cooperative Rabobank UA. Encavis aims to triple its generation capacity and boost its grid-connected plants. Existing investor KKR & Co Inc made a public takeover offer, valuing Encavis at EUR 2.83 billion.
