Enel to supply wind power to Nestle factories in Brazil

Nestle SA has signed a wind power self-production consortium contract with Enel Brasil to buy shares and electricity from three wind farms in the 206-MW Cumaru complex. The wind energy will power Nestle's factories in Sao Paulo, Espirito Santo, and Minas Gerais, with Enel Green Power leading the consortia and operating the wind farms. Brazilian antitrust regulator CADE has approved the deal.
