Energie AG acquires stake in Slovenian wind, solar developer

Austrian company Energie AG Oberösterreich has acquired a stake in AAE Gamit, a firm developing wind and solar projects in Slovenia. They plan to develop wind farms and photovoltaic parks in Slovenia with a capacity of over 180 MW. Energie AG is also developing wind and PV projects in Slovenia to achieve its renewables expansion target. The joint venture aims to generate 1 TWh of electricity from wind and sun by 2035.
