Energiequelle turns sod on German wind farm

Energiequelle has begun construction of a 21MW wind farm in Teschendorf, Lower Saxony, Germany. The wind farm features five Enercon E-138 turbines with a hub height of 130 metres each. The planning application overseen by the Greater Braunschweig Regional Association took almost 10 years. Approval for the wind farm was obtained within nine months. The wind farm is scheduled to go into operation in October 2025.
