Energiequelle turns sod on German wind farm

Energiequelle has begun construction of a 21MW wind farm in Teschendorf, Lower Saxony, Germany featuring five Enercon E-138 turbines with a hub height of 130 metres each with a capacity of 4.2MW. The wind farm's planning application took almost 10 years and the subsequent development plan process took another two years before obtaining approval within nine months. The wind farm is scheduled to go into operation in October 2025.
