Energy SpA to take control of storage systems installer Enermore

Italian renewable energy storage provider Energy SpA has reached a preliminary agreement to buy a 90% stake in German system installation firm Enermore Srl. Enermore specialises in storage system installation and maintenance consultancy, design, and control, with a strong presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The acquisition will enhance Energy Group’s expertise in integrating storage systems into power generation plants and expand its technical service offering to the renewable energy sector.
