Energy Vault secures 200MW in Oz BESS contracts

Energy Vault and ACEN Australia have reached agreements for two battery energy storage system (BESS) deployments totaling 200MW in Australia. The deployments will be part of ACEN's New England Solar project to help reduce reliance on coal-fired power generation and meet peak demand hours. The projects are supported by the NSW Government's Emerging Energy Program.
