Enstall acquires solar PV mounting system provider Schletter

Enstall, a Dutch-based rooftop solar mounting solutions provider, has acquired Schletter, a Germany-based provider of PV mounting systems. The acquisition will allow Enstall to expand its presence in Germany and Central Europe. Schletter's current shareholders, Avenue Capital Group and Robus Capital Management, will become minority shareholders in Enstall. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2024. Florian Roos, CEO of Schletter, highlighted the commitment to sustainable solar energy and the partnership with Enstall to enhance innovation capabilities and product offerings globally.
