Enstall takes over Schletter

Enstall announced the takeover of Schletter, making Schletter's previous shareholders, Avenue Capital Group and Robus Capital, minority shareholders in Enstall. Enstall aims to expand in the German PV market and Central Europe. Schletter offers solutions for roof and ground-mounted systems, facades, and carports. Avenue Capital became a shareholder of Schletter in 2018 during insolvency proceedings. Ecop Technologies launched a 700 kW industrial heat pump for industrial and district heating market segments.
