Equinor launches test production at 53-MW Polish solar park

Norwegian energy company Equinor ASA has started test production at its third solar farm in Poland, the 53-MW Lipno plant, and has about 200 MW of onshore renewables capacity in Poland. Wento, a Polish firm acquired by Equinor, developed and operates the Lipno plant. Equinor is also developing offshore wind in partnership with Polenergia in Poland.
