Euro solar is Surfacing

In late 2021, M10 Industries and Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems introduced their shingled cell matrix technology named Surface. M10 Solar Equipment GmbH, a joint venture of M10 Industries and Zahoransky, was established to produce Surface machines. The innovative technology enhances PV module production with strong shading tolerance. The article discusses the development, simulation, and potential of the Surface tool to upscale PV manufacturing in Europe.
