Fire in a battery container causes €700,000 in damage in Germany

Batteries in an overseas container caught fire at Suncycle’s engineering and test center in Thuringia, Germany. The fire department took more than four hours to extinguish the fire causing an estimated damage of €700,000. Similar to a previous incident, where lithium-ion batteries from Intilion caught fire in Neermoor, Germany.
