Fon to acquire Dutch O&M firm

Føn Energy Services is acquiring C-Ventus to become a leading European O&M player within offshore wind. The deal involves acquiring 100% of C-Ventus shares from DISA International. DISA will control 22.67% shares in Føn Energy Services, while Akastor and The IKM Group will own 38.67% each. Didier de Graaff will join Føn Energy Services' board. The merger aims at combining competencies, businesses, and brands to strengthen the integrated service model.
