Foundry group Dihag secures 120 GWh of wind energy to power operations

German casting products manufacturer Dihag Integrated Foundry Group has agreed to procure 60,000 MWh of electricity per year from several wind farms across northern Germany. The power purchase agreement (PPA) covers 2024 and 2025 and was signed with Hanover-based energy service provider Getec Energie. This agreement ensures a supply of renewable energy, moving towards CO2-neutral production.
