Fred Olsen halts Scottish wind project

Fred Olsen Renewables has decided not to progress with the development of the Hearthstanes wind farm in Scotland due to the complex wind resource. The plans included 8 turbines generating over 50MW of electricity and community benefit. The developer will focus on other projects in the Scottish Borders.
