GE Vernova turbines arrive at Montana wind site

GE Vernova has started delivering turbines for a 248MW wind project in Montana, the US. The turbines will be installed at Puget Sound Energy's Beaver Creek wind farm in Stillwater County. The project will involve 150-200 skilled workers during construction and will require 10-15 permanent on-site workers. The wind energy will be brought to PSE customers via existing PSE transmission lines and NorthWestern Energy's system. Stephen Swift, CCO of GE Vernova Wind, expressed satisfaction in working with PSE. Jim Hogan, Director of Major Projects at PSE, highlighted the partnership with GE Vernova for the successful delivery of the Beaver Creek Wind Project.
