Genneia invests US$250 million to build 270MW solar PV in Argentina

Genneia announced the construction of two solar projects in Mendoza, Argentina with a total capacity of 273MW. The investment will be executed between 2024 and 2025, comprising a 93MW and a 180MW solar park. This adds to Genneia's existing portfolio of 1GW of solar and wind capacity in Argentina. Argentina is aiming to deploy 2.5GW of renewable energy capacity in its provinces. Stellantis acquired a stake in 360Energy Solar with a US$100 million investment.
