The German parliament has passed Solar Package I, aimed at streamlining administrative processes to boost solar energy deployment. The legislation facilitates the installation of rooftop and balcony solar systems, enhancement of ground-mounted solar parks up to 50 MW, and introduction of special categories for agri-PV and related technologies.
