German rooftop PV installer Enersol to cease operations in October

Residential PV installer Enersol, a unit of Germany-based battery manufacturer Sonnen, will cease operations due to a collapse in demand. Despite this, Sonnen expects the market for private rooftop PV systems to grow in the future. Investments in photovoltaic systems are worthwhile with falling component prices and improved delivery times. Sonnen will continue to provide service and maintenance for existing systems.
