Germany awards Innovation Tender contracts to 512MW of solar-plus-storage bids

Germany has awarded 512MW of capacity to solar-plus-storage projects in its most recent Innovation Tender auction. The auction, overseen by Bundesnetzagentur, had a total available capacity of 583MW, with successful bids ranging between €0.0678/kWh and €0.0917/kWh. Solar-plus-storage projects were sought on arable grasslands, with Bavaria being awarded the most capacity.
