Germany's CEE Group buys 102.5-MWp solar project in Spain

German renewable energy asset manager CEE Group acquired a 102.5-MWp solar photovoltaic project in San Pedro del Pinatar, Murcia, Spain, expected to be connected to the grid in the second half of 2025. The project was purchased for the CEE Renewable Fund 8. The seller, described as a European corporation, is also the EPC contractor. The solar farm aims to provide green power to 47,500 households under a power purchase agreement. The CEE Group operates onshore wind farms and photovoltaic projects across Europe.
