Global Energy gets nod to deliver Orbital wave device

Orbital Marine Power has selected Global Energy Group as preferred supplier for the manufacture and assembly of turbines for their Orkney projects. The projects will utilize tidal energy to contribute to UK's decarbonising ambitions. Andrew Scott, CEO of Orbital, and Iain Sinclair, executive director at Global Energy Group, expressed their commitment towards creating a new industrial sector in the UK for tidal stream energy.
