Greece clears 304-MWp solar project in Central Macedonia

The Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy approved the construction of a 303.7-MWp solar parks complex in Central Macedonia, Greece. SVS Group, 50%-controlled by Green Investments MAE, will develop 18 plants in Melenikitsi village. The project includes 532,871 monocrystalline solar panels from Jinko Power Technology and inverters from Huawei Technologies. Additionally, a 400 kV double-circuit overhead transmission line will be installed.
