Greece downsizes target for 3rd battery storage tender - report

Greece has reduced the targeted capacity for its third BESS tender to 200 MW from 300 MW. The auction is part of Greece's plan to allocate 1 GW of BESS capacity through three tenders. Details of the upcoming tender will be published in the government gazette soon. Winners of the auction will receive subsidies per MWh.
