Greenvolt agrees €18.7m Italian solar sale

Greenvolt Group has reached an agreement with Nuveen Infrastructure for the sale of a 153MW solar portfolio in Italy. The deal is worth €18.7m and includes 19 projects expected to be ready-to-build between 2024 and 2025. Greenvolt Group Chief Executive, Joao Manso Neto, highlighted the company's expertise in project development. Francesco Cacciabue, Nuveen Infrastructure's global head of clean energy investments, emphasized the benefits of acquiring assets in Italy. The sale was assisted by Green Horse and is part of Greenvolt Group's strategy to develop and sell solar projects.
