Grenergy secures financing for two phases of world’s biggest battery project

Grenergy has achieved financial close for phases 1 and 2 of Oasis de Atacama project in Chile featuring the world's largest battery energy storage system. The project includes 1 GW of solar and a 4.1 GWh storage capacity, divided into five phases. Grenergy signed a $345 million green loan with international banks for the first two phases. The project has already contracted 75% of its energy through long-term PPAs.
