Grupo Cobra, Poland's Raen form JV to push 150 MWp of Polish solar

Raen SA, a Polish renewable energy firm, has partnered with Spanish construction company Grupo Cobra to advance a solar PV project over 150 MWp in Poland through a joint venture. Raen sold an 80% stake in Solar Polska New Energy to Cobra's Zero-E and will manage the construction and operation stages. This collaboration aims to boost Raen's financial performance and explore further renewable projects in Poland.
