Deutsche Windtechnik reorganised parts of the company into a new European holding company, uniting all European units under Deutsche Windtechnik Europe. Carl Rasmus Richardsen is the chief executive of Deutsche Windtechnik Europe. The company has four pillars in its new structure - onshore unit in Germany, offshore unit in Germany, European unit, and US unit. The restructuring aims to create clarity and responsibility in the company's organisational structure
