How to increase coefficient of performance in two-stage cascade heat pumps

Researchers from Chiang Mai University in Thailand proposed a new approach to find the optimal temperature for increasing the coefficient of performance of two-stage cascade heat pumps using non-azeotropic refrigerants. The study explains the working principles, cycles, and efficiency improvements of two-stage cascade heat pump systems.
