Ib Vogt has agreed to sell a 110MWp solar project, the Pato array in Spain, to NextPower V ESG. The project will generate clean energy, avoid CO2 emissions, and collaborate on a battery energy storage system. The site features bifacial tracking solar panels, wildlife support, and native flora. Both companies will contribute to Spain's energy transition and sustainability goals.
