Iberdrola picks up Italian PPA

Iberdrola and Bayer signed an off-site solar PPA in Italy to supply renewable energy from January 2025. Bayer's site in Garbagnate Milanese will use only electricity from renewable sources provided by Iberdrola's photovoltaic plant in Montefiascone. Chief executive officer Vincent Curtin mentioned the partnership will reduce the plant's environmental impact and align with global carbon reduction targets.
