Impax raises €459m for renewables investment

Impax Asset Management has closed its fourth private markets infrastructure fund, Impax New Energy Investors IV, raising €459m for renewable energy projects. The fund invests in onshore wind, solar PV, small-scale hydropower, and adjacent sectors. It focuses on Europe and the US. Daniel von Preyss, Head of PE/Infrastructure at Impax, highlighted the fund's success in attracting diverse investors and capitalizing on favorable renewable energy trends.
