Indonesia plans to add almost 2GW of new rooftop solar capacity by the end of 2025. The country aims to reach a 23% share of renewables in the electricity mix by 2025. The rooftop solar PV system development quotas are being allocated between 2024 and 2028. IESR plays a significant role in addressing quota distribution and ensuring investment certainty for rooftop solar PV businesses.
