Innergex starts up 35MW Chilean BESS

Innergex Renewable Energy has started operations at its 35MW San Andres battery energy storage system in Chile, which benefits from the region's exceptional solar irradiance for storing and dispatching surplus solar energy to capture peak market prices. The facility is expected to generate substantial annual revenues while also supporting grid during peak demand and optimizing project returns.
