Lightsource bp secures financing for 560 MW Greek solar project

Construction begins on a 560 MW solar project in Greece, financed by Eurobank and the Greek Public State via a €315.35 million loan to Enipeas S.A., a subsidiary of Lightsource bp. Comprising of 968,630 PV modules across Larissa and Fthiotida, the project aims for grid connection by 2026, enhancing sustainable energy production and supporting Greece's decarbonization and energy independence.
